Guidelines

To help make the process as smooth as possible, we wanted to share a few helpful guidelines.

We have frames available in the following sizes for submitted artwork:

Without Matt With Matt
 12" x 16"  11" x 14"
 16" x 20"  8.5" x 11.5"
All 3D artwork will be displayed in the Mezzanine, either in a display case or on a pedestal.

If it’s easier for you to drop off your physical artwork after hours at the Quick Center, please feel free to do so! We just kindly ask that you email us ahead of time to let us know when you’re coming. When you arrive, please place your artwork behind the desk near the front door in the Atrium — it will be safely kept there.

Thank you so much for your care and attention to these details. We truly look forward to seeing your students' work and appreciate your participation!

NOTE: If you need to mail a finalist’s artwork to the Quick Center, please notify us immediately via email.

3. Please select the files of your students' artwork from the pop up of your files explorer. We recommend compressing the digital files of the artwork into “.zip” folder as this will save you time with your upload. This also helps us with organizing the files properly before the artwork is judged. Once you have the folder you would like to submit, please select, “Open”

4. You will see your selected file included. If you need to upload more files, please select “+ Add more files”. If you have added the folder that contains all of your students artwork, the next step will be to add your school and grade level for First and Last Name.

NOTE: This will allow us to identify your submissions. We have systems in place that will allow for us to sort your students art work if the files have the school and grade as the file name.

Example: John Doe works at Andover Central School as a middle school art teacher. John Doe’s submission for his student’s work would be First Name: Andover Central Last Name: Middle. Please include your student's name, title of artwork, medium, grade, school name, art teacher’s name and art teacher’s email address in the image with the artwork. If the artwork is on the larger side and you would prefer to not obstruct the artist’s work, we recommend taking one photo of the artwork by itself and a second photo of the artwork with the details outlines above.
