Day of family creativity and community at Art for All Ages

Families are invited to join in a day of creativity and community at Art for All Ages, a special event designed to inspire young artists through hands-on crafting and custom art projects on Saturday, Aug. 23.

Families are invited to join in a day of creativity and community at Art for All Ages, a special event designed to inspire young artists through hands-on crafting and custom art projects on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Art Day posterThe event will be held at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts, 3261 West State Street, Cornelius Welch Drive, Allegany, NY 14778. Children will have the opportunity to explore their artistic talents by creating their own crafts and each participant will receive a free art kit bag, packed with creative supplies to continue the fun at home.

“It's a chance for kids to express themselves, try something new, and take-home tools that support their creativity,” said Paula Bernstein, Assistant Director of the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts.

The program is a collaborative effort, bringing together the talents and generosity of Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts, SerenHippity, Rotary Club of Olean, Operation Warm Hearts, and the Zonta Club of Olean, all dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families in the region.
